Safety Boat Training

The programme is full of races, cruises, and sail training days. We need to support these activities with safety boats helmed by competent powerboaters.

During the season we run RYA Powerboat 2 and RYA Safety boat courses so that we can train our safety boat team to recognised standards. The dates for our courses may be found in the sailing calendar. We also offer refresher days at the start of the season so that our experienced helmsmen can get used operating our safety boats again.
