Environmental Matters

The Club hosted an interesting evening on 13 March about how river users could help protect the river Deben and its environment. A panel included the Commodores of Waldringfield S.C. and Woodbridge Cruising Cub together with a representative from the Suffolk & Essex Rivers Authority discussed the key issues of pollution, wash and wildlife disturbance. The club will use the information generated to develop an Environmental policy.
